It’s huge, really, it covers a whole quarter. From the main square you can stalk through small side streets where local merchants display their flea treasures on the pavement in front of their shops
Bring plenty of water if you're walking around in summer. Tons of people and mot many hidden gems but fun to walk around. stop at some of the cervezerias for a cold one to compmete experience
If you're looking for cheap antiques and beautiful handmade jewelry and leather goods , this is the place to be! A little overwhelming, you can find everything you need, both old and modern.
Great to be here on the Sunday morning /afternoon. Enjoy the sidestreets also. Take you time and enjoy this part of Madrid fully! Must do when you visit Madrid
A wonderful cultural experience while in Madrid. An open market that people use to sell various items. Very large and a lot of fun.
The flea market of Madrid. It's open on Sundays till 2 or 3 p.m. If you want to but a gift to your friends from Madrid, I think the best option is to visit there.
It's open only on Sunday's until 2 p.m. The main street is nice but mostly made in China-India stuff. Real vintage pieces are sold in back streets.
It’s amazing, you can find anything. Only problem is you might leave with more stuff that you intended to.
Unfortunately most of the items being sold in the market are cheap Chinese made items, but there are some fun crafts and old antiques towards the end of the market . Just keep walking!
Crazy huge flea market on certain weekends (google the times/dates). A lot of junk to sort through, but there's good antique shopping in the stores around here too
Here you can find everything. Beside the market you have bars and tapas all over.
Very crowded flea market . There are several "districts" with different areas. There was even one for pets ! Most of the stands are are rather commercial but there are some private ones too.
Awesome! Bigger than I imagined. Gi first thing in the morning and stop by at any bar/cafe around for a Spanish breakfast . Worth it!!
Vintage clothing and many places selling t-shirts and leather bags, belts etc. They even have puppets for sale
mercatino rionale pieno di vestiti particolari e oggetti vintage ----- local market full of clothes and special vintage items
Spend a whole morning here exploring all the small alleyways and discover little treasures.
You can a better deal of fridge magnet & other souvenir than the souvenir shop in the city
Nice too see and have a loooong walk around. I like area!
A must see in a Sunday - gets busier later in the day you visit and just watch your bag
An amazing street market where every Sunday people gather to sell and buy, have some tapas , or just to see other curious people. Read more
Nice alternative flea market . Reminds me of London portobello market & Camden market ...
They sell so many different things at good price. I like it
One of the busiest and largest flea markets ever
Try to haggle on antique items on side roads . Otherwise, gift shopping is targeted towards tourists , can get pricey .
so are you thinking this is a flea market ? IT IS NOT. It's a street market plenty of silver jewelry
If your looking for something it difficult thay you find it. But if you're just looking your sure to find something you need.
If you are a market lover... then go to the Rastro!
Antiques and Madrid history!
Interesting walk. Beware of pick pocketers.
Stroll the Rastro on Sunday mornings . You'll be AMAZED at what you can find. The earlier the better.
Fridge Magnets gift only 1e
I was expecting a vintage market but it's just a regular market , nothing special.
So many people ????
Fine hand made things????????
Not what I was expected. Stalls are all the same, it is overly crowded and not that great. Skip it and go to Mercado San Miguel instead
Flea market . Every sunday morning .
Fight with an old Roma women to buy the wallet — the one you lost in a cafe earlier that week— for less than 5 euro.
Try the Papas Arrugadas
Coscorro? Hahaha! Cascorro darling, Cascorro.
Read more
Vale a pena conhecer!
Interesante y divertido
