He’s probably one of the best pastry chef in Italy. The bignè are delicious but if I want to find something “wrong”, they are too sweet and the price is a little bit high. However, you have to try it
The pastries are exceptionally good, love the vanila flavoured custard kraffen, tho its a bit pricey it is very worth it!
Almost everything contains alcohol . Very few options without. Prices are high for small portion of deserts . Though tried it and taste was amazing.

I pasticcini sono molto belli ma per 55euro/kg aspettavo gusti meno classici, un po’ di creatività tipo francese. Scelta notevole ma tanti varianti sugli stessi gusti.

Buono, molto, ma per i miei gusti non giustifica il prezzo esagerato dei pasticcini . Ne ho mangiati di migliori o comunque simili, molto più economici
