Completely remodeled and stunning from the front to the rear. Beautifully designed, comfortable and elegant. The food is as terrific as always. All time favorite place to eat in DC for 25 + years.

Ok don't listen to the Chicagoan ! Texaican in da house living in Chicago and I say this is easily one of the best restaurants I've been too. Try a tamarindo margarita !

Some of the best black beans Ive ever had. The pupusas are amazing and obviously hand formed. Definitely worth the trip. And theres a full bar ..

The best pupusas outside of El Salvador. Get pork and cheese (revuelta) and ask them to add loroco. An horchata to drink and you're set.

Outstanding papusas. Loved the cafe de olla. Good drinks, do the mango mule. Everything made fresh and tasty.

Order chicken or portobello mushroom soft tacos a la carte for a less heavy and fresh meal . Chips n' Salsa is a must!

Pupusas are the best here! Ask for extra salsa and dip the pupusas and there is no better dinner after Belgian HH at L'enfant.

The pickled slaw that comes with the pupusas is to die for. I would eat it in buckets if I could.

I recommend the pupusas , tamales , pollo al cilantro and salmon .

Food is ok here, but when comparing it to other Salvadorian places in town , then it definitely needs to do better.
