Beautiful hotel , with friendly staff . I was only there for a meeting, but I loved the atmosphere and location is great if you want to be by Reagan International

The staff here is very nice and professional..the rooms and beds are extremely comfortable ..and the location can't be beat. Direct access to the Metro and less than 10 min from Reagan Airport .

Gym is on 2F of the Capital Tower, nicely equipped with LifeFitness treadmills and free weights. Earphones, towels, water and apples provided. Also on 2F are washer and dryers you can use for free!

Nice hotel , underground tunnels so you never need to see light of day to get around crystal city . The breakfast is pretty good and decent spread

Excellent location connected to Crystal City Shops underground - nice in the winter. Free shuttle to and from DCA.

Very comfortable beds and staff is very friendly . Wifi is comped for elite members. Rooms are awesome!

For early checkin, use the Marriott app to check in and set your arrival time. I was able to get into my room at 9am.

Get 500 extra Marriott Rewards points per day, up to 3 days max, if you decline housekeeping by hanging the sign on your door.

Mobile check-in was flawless. Room keys burned and ready on arrival, no waiting in line after traveling all day. Will definitely take advantage of this again.

Need to park at DCA? Reserve a garage spot here and prepay online. You can take the free hotel shuttle to airport . Cheaper than DCA economy, which often fills up.

You absolutely must visit Restaurant Mza. The food is phenomenal ! Get the Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding :-).

Make sure you're at the right Marriott. There are 3 withinwalking distance in Crystal City .

If you park here for DCA, there are bathrooms just up the escalators at the Arlington Tower garage . EasyParkFly.com $6.50 a day

Overall, very nice hotel . Beds are heavenly. Housekeeping forgot to do a few things, but laying in that bed makes up for it!

As to the wifi - ask for free access in the room and the staff is usually providing it.

Brand new Einstein's Bagels in the lobby. Extra expensive because "it's inside the hotel ." Slow service, there's a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts in the shops that are cheaper and faster.

If you complain at desk in a firm but polite manner , they may remove internet charges. My roommate. & I were both being charged. , but only one at a time could get on internet

There are 12 hour parking spaces at $1.00/hour across the street. Cheaper for daily meetings that hotel parking .

Check food labeling carefully at conferences . They seem to think bacon in sandwiches is vegetarian

Bright side, one block away from decent restaurants . The rooms were meh. The bedding could have been a little crisper.

If you are here for meetings, wear layers - the conference rooms can get very cold.

In this day and age to have to pay for WiFi is inexcusable. Sketchy coverage in the lobby for free. Staff is pretty unhelpful. I hope never to have to stay here again.

The intetnet is poor and the gym is ratty.

Paid $175 for this conference , $20 for parking and $3 for a soda , but wifi 's am extra fee? No way.

Typical Marriott charges $12.95 PER DAY for wifi . Even though it's most Marriotts- still inexcusable.
