The steak & ale pie with mash and liquor was yum!
The fish and chips was great.
Decent old world pub , easy access bar . Lunch menu is super stodgy though, with limited vegetarian options .
Worst meal we've had in London. Everything tastes like its made way in advance. Cheese burger had spent most of its life under warning lamps, the French fries were cold to make up for it. Inedible!!
Fish n chips are very good
Shepherd Neame, a couple of different cask real ale 's ales usually online
Stand in the corner and just take in the ambiance whilst being on the lookout the whole time. You may bump into a politician or two.
Try Early Bird. It's a hop ale and tastes so good!
The chips are a four out of ten. It isn't worth the extra quid for cheese
Have a beer .
£10 min spend on cards
beer is not particularly well kept in my humble
Forgive the heavy-handed obnoxiously rude downstairs manager. He was born that way.
Stupid minimum spend of £10 if you want to pay by card... Pub is okay though.
Try Britains's oldest brewerer's beer here
Is this a gay bar ?
Nothing special!
Avoid this place! Tourists only. Staff is not friendly .
Food sucks here!!! And over priced :(
Great Ales, great for small groups, after work drinks, political hipsters, and debate - Dave Marshall
V.busy during the week but lovely spot to while away a weekend. Don't miss specialty beers on tap in the autumn. - David Blanar
At £5.19, the least reasonably priced pint of Peroni in the city - Geoffrey
Have visited many times and always enjoy it. Entry fee is steep but worth it. Make sure you use the Audio Guide. - Lisa N
One of my favourite parks in London, plus it has PELICANS which is awesome and super friendly squirrels, especially if you have food - Rapher
Best place to stay in London. The back is actually a 5* hotel, but you'll need to book months in advance, or know a royal. - rabin
