The Marquess of Anglesey

Considering its central London this isn't a crazy busy bar , great selection of drinks and a really good menu with some awesome looking hearty dishes.

Scenery is nice, and the food is good. While the prices are fairly cheap , the portions are very very small (except the fish and chips )

Great food. Wish they still had the same kind of onion rings on the menu. Grab a Pimms in summer, won’t regret it! Ask for Pete, tell him Rachel from Los Angeles sent ya!

Don't bother getting the Bread Board. £4.50 gets you a slice of hovis (literally) and a small pre baked baguette

In the late 17th Century this pub was called Will's Coffee House (doing the Guardian podcast so you don't have to!)

If you want to taste English food , it's worth it.
