Nice hotel , clean rooms , friendly staff and awesome housekeeping!! Close walk to mall , convention center and food! Definitely will be staying again :-)

Don't listen to the complainers. For the price one of the nicest values in town . Though parking is tight.

Beds and pillows are extra comfy ! TV is better than mine at home...if I could fit it in my bag, I'd snag it! JK!! Bar closes at 11:00pm...lame.

Every fast food restaurant imaginable is within walking distance. You made a great choice.

They do not have free on-site parking . Unless you want to find a spot on the street, you must pay for valet . $25 per day.

The staff makes this a wonderful stay. When I arrived this time it felt like seeing a 'friend' while traveling for business!

A decent hotel with nice staff and relatively clean rooms .

The chicken strips taste like fish . Service is good. Comfortable , relaxing music , TVs to see what's going on. Maybe just order something else unless you really like fish .

Cheap street parking and free overnight after 10pm.

This place is trash. Small rooms, highway noise, train noise, noise from every nearby room. They force you to use the valet parking which is expensive and slow.

The in-room air conditioner is marginally effective and sounds like a freight train when it starts up but the room is otherwise very nice.

Great service and beautiful view , but the water is undrinkable and no refrigerator in the room.

Don't try to take the stairs! They won't let you!

Staff is very friendly , hotel is fine but nothing special.

Rooms are so so. Renovations of rooms not as extensive as lobby. You can hear loud train horns in the middle of the night.

The AC isn't very strong and there's no mini fridge in the room, though you can request a fridge if you need one.

when the power goes out, which it did at 1, apparently it sets off high-pitched fire alarm. no generator here apparently, which is not good
