Great metro-city hotel while you are in Portland! Comfy bed , great desk for working, great spaces around hotel for lil impromptu meetings, near shopping, on Max light rail line . Highly recommend!

Awesome location. Very close to a lot of food places. Walking distance to Lloyd centre. 24 hr security on the parking lot . This hotel has a great gym ! Way better than most hotel gyms .

The MAX station is only 1 block away. Take it from the airport for a quick walk to the hotel . Also, request a room with a mountain view . On clear days you can see three area peaks.

Ask for a room with a balcony . Mount Hood on one side of the hotel , downtown Portland on the other. Can't lose!

These fine people gave excellent customer service from the moment I arrived including a room upgrade. I love professionals who love what they do!

Had best meal ever less than a mile away from hotel Toro Bravo - great atmosphere and yummy food. We drive but could walk if feeling adventurous!

taxi to and from airport expensive , but late at night worth the money. Local wineries worth visiting...best Reisling we have found outside NYS.

Tamara and maple (semi sweet) roasted hazelnuts , surpassed only by Kashmir's jazz/wine bar in Scottsdale FRESH oven roasted hazelnuts served hot in wooden bowls.

I've a few complaints about my room, BUT...service/staff was exceptional (8/9 out of 10) in helpful/friendliness. Jen at the desk, adorable; b'fast buffet staff , concierge staff , bartenders (Jason?).

Wonderful meeting rooms in the executive center ... I wish all hotels were this great in their set up.

Stay on one of the top floors for a really nice view of Portland.

An older hotel that definitely needs some work. The downstairs was nice and updated but the rooms and exhibit hall were 80's. The rooms and bathrooms need some help. But close to MAX and a mall .

The parking is a little spendy. Also when they tell you how much it will be ask if that's the total or just one night. Friendly staff , but needs some updating.

Definitely stop at the breakfast downstairs in the restaurant over the room service . Very well priced, food was excellent, and very good portions!

The restaurant , "Gather" is absolutely excellent (even when not judged as a hotel restaurant .)

Great selection of local beers at the lobby bar . Food is good too. Fresh, local and organic .

Missing your fridge ? They're delivered to your room "on request".

Sunday breakfast buffet is a wonderful deal and delicious!

It's very big, but I prefer boutique hotels

Apart from the time-saving proximity to mass transit, the rooms have waste paper receptacles partitioned for trash and recyclables .

Good food inside, plus an espresso bar . Throw in free wi/fi in the lobby. Try it

If you're hungry, try the Chicken Wrap at Gather at lunch . Delicious!

Nice hotel , but I can hear everything my neighbor is doing! Electric toothbrush, television , music :(

$20/nt parking -we got a $78+tax room rate, but upon checkin we got a $20 surprise.

The bellhop said no food within 4 blocks, but there's a quiznos and several cafe 's right around the corner.

Reliably excellent banquet food and service.
