The Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Portland

I had the most excellent date night here recently! Food and drink were phenomenal! And the Staff managed to make a rainy Portland day beautiful anyway! The view was not spoiled. Will be back!

The Nines has 331 rooms decorated in Tiffany-blue velvets and dark woods. At night, head to Departure, the rooftop Pan-Asian restaurant and bar , for drinks and an Instagram-worthy view of Mount Hood.

Very solid hotel that lives up to the Luxury Collection standard. A bit of an odd layout given the factory building it was retrofitted into. Lobby was very unique and impressive

Tiffany blues , whites and dark woods, loads of pretty details, super comfy bed , smells great - winner.

my friends and i visit the nines to take pictures of the skyline and just for something to do. it has beautiful decorations and views .

Great location. Access to everything! Shopping just steps outside. Might just have to do weekend getaways here.

Great value with a luxury vibe for under $200. Lobby is nice. Exec lounge on 10 is freezing bring a sweater. EXCELLENT service

Dinner at Departures on the 15th floor is a must! The Departure Wings, Harami with Black Sesame Sauce and Shu Mai (potstickers ) are amazing!

Great location right above Muji. Rooms are a bit dated but fits the Luxury Collection bill. Limited space to stop outside hotel for pickup/dropoff

It's a luxurious place to stay except as we learned on the evening of NYE, the walls between rooms are very thin. ????

The in-house restaurants here are amazing. You have to check out the bird migration installation art piece, incredible.

There are some nice, quiet places to get some work done on the 6th floor (same floor as the conference rooms )

The hotel of the sports stars or so I was told. Loved its decor and amazing rooftop bar .

Gorgeous accommodations right in downtown Portland. Pricey too, however. But if that's what you're going for, stay here.

Beautiful...I think the person who decorated this hotel has wonderful, quirky (in a great way) taste.

Club level is definitely the way to go!

Stayed on the 12th floor ! Have dinner at departure the food is wonderful

I like going to the 8th floor pool room . It's a library and pretty. It's free, open late and cocktail service is available. Bathrooms are nice too.

Fashionable and comfortable , the Nines provides a chic haven to guests who might need a breather from Portland’s grittier scene.

Inside rooms have kind of a lame view , but such a cool hotel !

Location is great. But between the hip atrium lobby, rooftop bar and high-end steakhouse , this place is happening seven days a week.

The bar on 8 is only open till 11 pm on weekdays. Boooo

If you're an SPG gold member, ask anyone at the front desk other than Tyler for a room on the club level (12 or 14) and you have pretty goos odds of getting lounge access to food and booze.

Evening turn down service is a nice touch along with the free slippers & complimentary shoe shine !

Interesting interior design

They have a Womb chair in the Atrium . Sit in it and enjoy.

Any hotel with a vanity, chaise, & chandelier in the room is my kind of place!

Vegan rooms/menu available on request. Also dog friendly !!

Try the grilled chicken sandwich ! Outstanding! The homemade chips are tasty.

Convenient atrium bar/restaurant on 8
