InterContinental Toronto Centre

If you're in Toronto for a conference there's no reason not to stay at the InterContinental. Prices are competitive & it practically adjoins the conference center. Roll out of bed & into sessions.

Great hotel , SUPERB service in an awesome downtown location. There's also a bar / club 900m away from the exit. It's banging on Friday nights. Worth a try if you're into that kinda stuff.

Ask for an upgrade to the 2 story rooms (they are huge!) or a view of CN Tower . The exec lounge food is great

Nice hotel , but I had a very bad experience with the check-in with a very rude and u professional desk clerk. However, the concierge really made-up for my inconvenience. Great concierge !

Get the club level if you can, they offer a free breakfast from 7-11, afternoon snacks from 3-5 and dinner food from 6-8 everyday.

If you are attending a convention or conference , buy the parking pass at the convention center . It is $14 per day and walk indoors to the hotel .

Forgot toothbrush or tooth paste ? they will give you one free, delivered to your room. Ask when you check-in. Useful not to bring toothpaste on carry-on because of airport security.

Big hotel , but room wasn't ready at check in even after check in time had passed. No upgrade as an ambassador member. Room beginning to get dated. Good location but would stay elsewhere next time.

Fantastic hotel with a great location for all things downtown. If traveling with kids be sure to ask about their kid suites.

The reception area is nice but the showers are aweful and the water is hard. The beds are comfy but these are not luxury rooms by far. The bathrooms are aweful.

The attached restaurant (Azure ) has great service. Try the ahi tuna !

Service is horrible at the restaurant- I've been ignored on two occasions one I walked out after waiting more than 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. Beds are ok. I stay for ihg points

Don't eat at the attached hotel restaurant Azure . There are many fine restaurants within walking distance. Even the 3 hotdog carts at Union Station are better.

IC club level at this hotel is nice.

The attached bar , Azure has horrid service.

The parking is $40 a day for in and out priveleges when you stay here. Just to park (once) is $20. You better like walking, taking cabs or going by TTC if you stay at this location.
