My favorite brunch in University City (if it is still considered that). Totally worth the trek on a warm day. The creme brulee french toast and salmon crepe were good. Corn griddlecakes were average.

The vegetable tajin is amazing and complex, and the honey glazed salmon is also very good. Definitely come here for brunch as well - the sweet corn griddle cakes with blueberry compote come with meat!

The ambiance and food was delicious and relaxing. Crispy calamari for an appetizer . Then I ordered the Lebanese Chicken : Shrimp , my daughter's father ate the Greek lamb , and we shared Oreo dessert

Absolutely fabulous. I had the Lebanese Chicken and Shrimp . It was melt in your mouth delicious.

Try the Beat Salad . The beets are sweet and the sugary walnuts contrast the goat cheese nicely.

Both times I came here it was a great experience! My shakshuka off the brunch menu was really good

We came for brunch . My boyfriend got the mahi mahi wrap and I got the egg and chicken coriander platter. I have never wanted to hug my food before. I can no longer say that after eating at Askum.

The food is delicious, but we went for brunch in 90 degree heat and they had the windows open and the air conditioning off! I was sweating in my food...

Both chicken dishes are delectable. As is the lemon cello bread pudding and the decadent Oreo beignets .

Good food, hookah , not incredibly big but can accommodate large parties. It's a BYOB #FYI

Get almond-crusted french toast !! BEST french toast ever, even better than Sabrina's french toasts . It's perfect, not too heavy or overly sweet. Shrimps and grits and brussels sprouts were great too.

Our meat (lamb and shrimp ) was all severely over-cooked.
