The shwarna & shish tawook are great! Such a treat. My bf gets beef & I get lamb and we share our sandwiches . Even still I often have left overs to bring home! Great for eat in or take out .
An absolute staple in West Philly, famous for its chicken maroush sandwich , schwarma , falafel , & cheesesteaks--and it's all halal, in addition to being quick, generous, & affordable . [Eater 38 Member] Read more
Have loved this place since I used to live down the street years ago. Always friendly and professional. My recos are the Chicken Falafel and Fish Cheesesteak Sandwiches .
Crowded small delicious restaurant ... Try Falafel and Baba ghanouj sandwich !!
The cheesesteak is worth the hype. Add onion !
Get the chicken maroush ! It was great! If it's crowded , order then go to Bliss across the street to wait!
The chicken falafel and greek salad is a must try... and definitely have the chocolate baklava ! Delicious!
They stopped serving cheesesteaks ? We drove over an hour to get there and they didn't have several items on the menu.
Has some of the best halal food in the city of Philadelphia and being as though I'm Muslim makes it better!
Chicken shish tawook . Chicken maroosh . Chicken falafel . Obvs I love chicken . And Saad never does it wrong. Try it all.
Try the shish tawook sandwich . It has chicken and a creamy garlic sauce !
Anything shawarma is game! Also make sure to ask light on the sauce. They're a little too generous.
One of the best Halal restaurants ever
Philly cheese steak was awesome ????????
Order ahead and skip the wait! Don't skip out on the fries or forget to bring cash.
The service is awesome and so is the food!!!! Everything is great!
The ONLY place I get shwarma . But the American-style fish sandwich sometimes manages to lure me away from it.
Try the chicken maroosh and lamb sandwich !! Gosh! I really miss the food there!
Saad's dishes out some of the city 's best falafel , all the shawarma you could ever need, and also offers a sizable vegetarian menu .
Extremely good delicious and clean food
Check out the chicken maroush . Every time I go back home to Philly we stop to get it.
Get the chicken falafel and fries . Everything is made fresh!
Shawarma , Wraps , salads are fantastic.
Chicken Maroosh and Cheesesteaks are the absolute best!
This is place is amazing. Fish , lamb , whatever. All A+
Lamb shawarma is delicious. Note: $30 min. for debit / no credit cards.
Best fish hoagie in the city
Must try fried chicken wings & baklava
Despite the high price of their dishes, cheesesteak is amazing. But so fatty .
everything is so good! I miss yogurt drink ????
Great halal Philly cheesesteak
Pretty good chicken maroush but nothing truly amazing or memorable
Actually IM a regular but once try them you'll go again (fast service )
Try some garlic sauce with your fries . Takes the best and makes it even better!
Wings and whole BBQ chicken ... Everything
Had my first Philly cheese-steak here. Good stuff they have in their menu!
Cheese Burger & Tawook Maroosh are the best.
Chicken Marosh is beast. This guy's like the soup nazi - no cell phones!
Vegetarians - get the Falafel maroush!!
Great Phili Cheese Steak
It's all good
Go for the chicken falafel and fries .
Great Garlic sauce
Best cheesesteak in philly
Delicious and cheap .
the Debit card minimum is $30. ATM inside the restaurant
The Philly cheesesteak is to die for!
Felt that the cheesesteak sandwich had way too much meat, like excessively so. If you're someone who isn't into that (hello fellow females) def ask them to cut it down.
awesome food
Great food!
Plenty of perfectly tasty, reasonably healthy, and ultra-amply portioned food, from blackened tilapia at the dinner hour to $1.25 baklava. - Philadelphia Magazine
Doesn't look like much but it turned out to be great value while reminding me of my visits to Turkey and other Eastern countries. Tastes great! - Timur Rustamov
Get the Middle Eastern and French pastries, and the baklava is awesome too. - Philadelphia Magazine
