The plantains are amazing! Def order while you're scouring the menu! Also the Key Lime pie is legit. I don't do meat but the portobello chop was fabulous!
The Signature Embargo Grill style has the standard Cuban dishes with Chopped Leaf Greens and Diced Tomatoes . Very interesting and makes them a bit healthier without sacrificing taste.
Monday special: Cubano , canasta de fritas, drink special . Delicious! The accompanying mustards were great. Bread pudding soaked in Rum . Great food, wonderful staff !
Very good and very authentic Puerto Rican food. I’m a Puerto Rican from NY and this takes me back to my childhood.

About as authentic as it gets for San Diego Cuban. The food was good the staff was real and I left happy.
