Tipsが旧の田中商店ばっかりなのであらためて。田中そば店はスッキリ系のラーメン です。ダイバー シティー店のお盆、滑りやすいので気 をつけて下さい。
かなり豚 臭くて人を選びそうなスープ 。麺 はかなり細め。付け合わせ の激辛 高菜 は本当に激辛 てなので気 をつけましょう
「かたい」「くさい」「うまい」が信条。
こってりでクサくてマニア向きか。本場は臭く無くて美味しいのも沢山あるので、長浜ラーメン =クサイと思われたくない。
ほんてんに比べるとかなり残念クオリティ…。
