Loved the dumplings and sticky rice . Sweet dim sum were very good too. A bit disorganized when our group was being seated.

Great dim sum . When I am the only white face in the place its probably a good sign!

One more post-meal tip - enjoyed the meal tnite! Shark fin soup , pork rib , soy sauce chick, fish , special fried rice , fried noodle were all yummy dishes! Oh almond tea was good too :)

Free parking underneath, entrance in back alley. You register your license plate on a tablet in lobby or restaurant .

O.G. dim sum spot, but beware, served only till 3pm. Classic dinners after 5.

For the love of humanity, please don't order sharks fin . there are loads of veggie dishes that are killer.

Free 2hour underground parking ; just remember your stall number and tell the host upon arrival. Lots of vegetarian options here too!

Lemon BBQ pork pie , steamed shrimp dumpling with watercress and sautéed eggplant with cabbage are delectable!!

The steam crab dumplings here are the best in town !

The pumpkin shaped dessert is delicious!

Dim sum is excellent. It's also not a bad place for business meetings . Not too loud and large tables. Very civilised.

This place has awesome dimsum and horrible service! 1 Angry inconsiderate waitress can definitely spoil the bunch.

Don't expect to be served on less than 25 minutes. The food is pretty good, but the staff really aren't working on the same timetable as the rest of the planet.

Good Dim Sum , lousy service. 40 minutes to get your first Dim Sum ? :O
