This hotel is the first SPG hotel in GZ, it has very old story. The location is the perfect and quality and staff service is excellent. The swimming pool is also very good, try it in summer.
They upgraded me to the executive suite which has a great view of the city . But left a cigarette smell in all our luggage. The lounge has a good selection for breakfast .
Great hotel convenient to Guangzhou East Railway Station. Rooms are enormous, beds are so comfortable , and views are great. Breakfast buffet is huge and outstanding. All staff speak English well .

It cost 500rmb ~ 80usd for guests to have a swim . But the pool is absolutely fantastic.

The Chinese food "Hong Mian" is the best Cantonese style food I have ever eaten in GuangZhou. But is expensive .
Great room with design bathroom , friendly staff , tastybreakfast buffet . Only minor experience was restaurant Prego on the 39th floor, mediocre food and stressfull staff

Best Italian restaurant in town .....any day. Great food, great view .
Poor service. Hotel run by local China company. Concierge had poor location knowledge . Room was ok. Breakfast at level 39 and lunch at level 2 were terrible.
