Can park here and hike all of the way up to Pittock Mansion, again great views . Pittock is also preserved as a museum - beautiful old home with interesting history.
Great views , amazing for trail and hike
Can get there by bus . Especially beautiful after a light rain. Nice, quiet . And don't forget the witches castle !

Wildwood trail leads you through an urban forest . This is the highlight of my portland trip.
On a clear day there is a spot on the bridge where you can see Mount Hood, Mount Adams, Mount Saint Hellens, and Mount Rainier all at once.
Beautiful 1 hour RT hike . Well shaded and green, a perfect summer-heat escape.
Lots of walking options. You can just sit on the grass if you prefer.
Rains here, all the time.
Quiet and out of the way
Check out the stone house, less than a mile in.
Hike to the haunted former restrooms , about a mile in.
On a rainy day u can't see shit...
