When there is a long checkout line go to the photo counter, they will check you out with or without photos
It has changed a lot in the last year, for the better. Love that they have fountain drinks.

Thai Lady on 16th street mall - best bet for lunch - look for her opposite Dress Barn. YOu'll recognize her by the long line in front of her stall in the middle of the ped zone...

The pharmacy line takes forever and the staff are rude. Be prepared to wait a while and bite your tongue .
Slowest service on earth. Do we really need to wait in line like cattle while the cashiers chum it up with each other? I can't tell you how many times I've missed the train . Faster!
Slowest. Service. Ever. Have been waiting in line at pharmacy for 15 mins - 2 customers processed. My advice: go somewhere else.
