Eden Hotel Amsterdam

Excellent location : walking distance to pretty much everything you want to see in Amsterdam. Don't bother taking overly expensive breakfast and go for cheaper options in the neighborhood .

After our check-in, I asked if the room has a canal view , and the receptionist guy made a free upgrade for us. He changed our room to the apartment room that has canal view and a kitchen+ living room!

Excellent location , friendly staff . But thin walls: at night heard music and snoring (1st floor) . In the single room the cabinet doors are fighting on television , and the shower doors - on the sink.

Great hotel with a professional staff . The concierge helped us find a good tourist doctor for my wife. Look for deals on the apartments of the hotel . It is much better than regular hotel room.

Really nice, great location and free wifi . The wifi is a bit slow and drops off fairly frequently.

Good location but a pretty spartan business excellent for a short stay (2 nights). Conveniently near to Rembrandt Square .

All of those complaints about no WiFi in the lobby don't seem to be valid anymore...I had WiFi throughout the entire hotel !

Excellent location along the Amstel canal and around the corner from Rembrandt Square / Rembrandtplein.

hotel is really good but when its come to the room they are so tiny, there is only space one step to walk around

Great Location, friendly and professional staff , room rates are good value . The decor needs refreshing, carpets etc not that clean .

If you have problems connecting to the wired internet access, use the wifi access code at reception for the prepaid access code option to get it working.

To get here from Central Station: take tram 4 or 9. You can pay on the team. Get off Rembrandtsplein. Amstel is 1 block away.

The rooms are average size. Small, narrow for a single but nice. A bit off the thoroughfare so it's quiet . Free bfast - good selections! $13 for in room wired internet, free wifi in the lobby.

Try to avoid the canal side rooms, as the street becomes noisy with people and taxis especially between 0:00 and 04:00 and the windows are single glazed and not well fitted.

They said that wi-fi is only in the lobby, but we had it on the 5th floor. Ask room 515 ????

Only been to the lobby. But it offers free wifi while you wait for your Friends to come down.

Forget drying your long hair.Hair-dryer stops to work after 20 seconds.Mentioning at reception, they don't fix this saying- that is for government rules against fire.

Clean and comfortable hotel . But was very dissatisfied with this "card amount blocking" issue. Asked for charging right on the first day without any blocking, but they said it is impossible.

Good value for money . Rooms can be small. Internet in rooms is ethernet-based - there's no wifi . But good location, friendly staff + clean .

The breakfast is like it was 20 yrs ago. They should consult Flo Maastricht: they know how to treat guests. This is so basic, it should be free..

Relax at the hotel 's Pipa's bar after a tiring day of touring or doing business in the city .

The budget rooms in the old wing of the building have no drinking water. Very tightly.

Nice hotel , good cognac in bar downstairs. No wifi in rooms though.

Hilarious when they offer free coffee in exexutive rooms which are withiut mini-bar!!!

If you have a room key card not working don't expect reception to graciously replace or re active it.. The rude bitch said my computer says its working well it's not! Bloody Mary !

Definitely NOT a nice experience.. Rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. Staff not helpful.

The rooms by the elevator have a constant humming sound that can be hard to tune out. Try to avoid if possible.

Internet better somewhere else...people are so kind

Great location but horrible service! Not clean , smelly rooms and corridors! The worst is that bathrooms have no privacy since the door is a transparent glass, who does that!

Excelente! Adorei a decoração, os funcionários, o apartamento de frente para o Canal Amstel, a localização, o café da manhã... a única queixa foram os canais de TV pagos que clicamos sem saber.
