Worth the price difference compared to Good Life just across the street; even though it doesn't have pool. Bargain for better price, for first time users they are always flexible.

Chris Torres

As it's the beginning of the year, all the "Resolutioners" are packing the gym up! Between 4-7 it is absolutely INSANE! Be prepared to work sets in between others' sets. It's nuts !

Vic C.

Best time to go is in the morning between 6 and 9. Wednesday AM boot camp @ 7am, Thursday mornings spin class @ 7am. Ass kickers .

Nat Flores

Obsessed with Spinning class ! This location has better machines than the other ones

Chris Davies

No one ever wipes down machines or weights or returns their weights to the rack. So be prepared.

Emma

The staff are great, very friendly and attentive.

Gerard C

Great location and a good option for people like me that doesn't like busy gyms .

Manish Gurung

Spin class is the best to shred fats quickly and increase stamina.

Jon C.

This place is a ridiculous scam. Read every line of the contract in detail otherwise you'll get dinged with a $60 "facility enhancement" charge or be double billed. Google the multiple lawsuits.

Sam Chungyampin

Injured myself a while back and the manager Ken still checks up on me to see if I'm okay. Good service .

Chris Davies

Needs more stuff for cleaning machines after usage

Jimi R.

Rarely full and you almost never have to wait for a machine. They could get a few more vertical benches though.

Lucia Son

I wish they would bring back the punching bag, & maybe invest in more kettlebells .

Spandy Andy

Work it! :D

John Aymes

Great location

Steven Ishiwara

Staff are quick and friendly to sign you up but slow and bitchy when providing any other customer service.
