Excellent location and staff .. rooms are as spacious as u will get in amsterdam..

Nice hotel by Amsterdam standards. Spacy and clean rooms , good service . Breakfast is also good with plenty of fresh squeezed juice . Nothing special on the luxury side but more than acceptable...

Very nice hotel , conveniently located in what seems to be the heart of N. Holland. The customer service was amazing and complimentary breakfast rivals most high end restaurants . The rooms were small.

Free WiFi & the view from the room (if you get one facing the river ) is fantastic. The rooms are all a little dated, but good location & comfortable .

Run-down and a bit unkempt. But the location and friendly staff make up for it. Couldn't be an easier place to base an AMS visit. ????????????????

If you need to run a Zoom class then you need to pay an upgrade for the Wifi when the service should be provided at no extra costs for whatever you might need doing.

Only complaint is the wifi access - works fine in the lobby and breakfast area, but not well in the rooms despite being advertised as so. Other than that, very friendly and helpful staff , clean rooms .

The hotel needs renovation. The carpet in the room was really dirty ... the breakfast was awesome though.

Ok, friendly personnel , free but slow WiFi , clean standard rooms, empty mini bar in room.

The free WiFi access is toooo slow and needs to authenticate again and again.

Since aug 2012 "free wifi " for all guests soooooo slow , so little bandwith that nobody has internet acces anymore.

The rooms are old fashioned and not clean . Altough the rooms are big, they don't have enough wardrobe as well

Location wise is good. Breakfast are pricey so better hop on the street cafe

Such rude staff ...the carpets are 70s and match the Queen's Day extravaganza. Entire decor is 70s in fact.

Terrible terrible in room wifi . Literally takes 10 minutes to load a log in page.... Reminds me of a dial up modem connection.

Poor service at front desk, no 1 drawer in the room! In Amsterdam there are at least 1.000 better hotels . NH getting worst and worst.

Оправдывает свое название, тк "экспонатов" полно. Древний ремонт. Не знаю почему он носит статус 4х звезд, твердая тройка с минусом. Скорость интернет поможет вам состариться.
