Fantastic food and very attentive staff highly recommendable. Obviously improved from previous reviews. Would go back again.
Not too bad for the £25 3 course set menu actually!
Starters, dessert and steaks=good. Sides, sauces and value for money=not so good!! Also, an Alehouse without a single beer on tap ? Tut tut
Regardless previous tips, I must say I found the food to be very good and service very pleasant. The restaurant is decorated with some very funny cartoon. So are the toilets . Recommend toptable deals.
Lovely set - food, wine , dessert
Even though a steakhouse I was really impressed with the mushroom risotto .
Loved the atmosphere! Lovely relaxed feeling
The 12oz sirloin was a delicious cut however service was efficient but seemed “clinical”. Steak was good.
Great service nice food recommended, not cheap though.
Great restaurant obviously vastly improved since previous reviews would logo back again for lunch .
Service was good. Food was average especially considering the price £90 for 2. £4.50 for bowl of 9 rocket leaves in oil is not acceptable or a salad in my opinion. Will not visit again.
Calf liver and Sticky toffee as dessert great combination!
It was ok. I got a 'meal deal ' and the 3 courses were worth the price (£25). Not bad for mid week meal. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way for or something special.
We had a fantastic meal, we hope you enjoy!
French onion soup & sirloin we're delicious
If you are looking for beer here, nothing on tap or any pulled real ale :-(
Try eton mess for the dessert .
Not fine dining . Expensive and below average. Spend less and get better food somewhere else.
Not recommended. Service poor, decor gash, most clientele looked like Apprentice rejects. Neighbouring table asked the staff to "send regards to Marco". Straight faced.
Don't go here
Toliets score 2/10 baylis soap, paper towels and no handcream
Appalling service... food is ok.... but honestly... go elsewhere...
poor food and service
Great sweet potato fries. The Buenos Aires burger is superb and the bun is a delicious crisp flat bread! - Alec Holmes
Outdoor seating overlooking the London Eye, a comprehensive wine, cocktail & food menu and a great contrast of indoor seating and atmosphere indoors makes this a great pre-theatre alternative!! - David Davensac
Great chose of ales and ciders... Drinks and food are served very quickly.. Extremely friendly and welcoming ... Good place to chill out after a busy day... Traditional english food upstairs .. - Djaia
