$24 pitchers of caipirinha before 7pm is a great deal. Order the pao de queijo (cheesy bread ) as soon as you sit since it takes 15 min, and it's a great starter.
Beco is a deliciously authentic Brazilian restaurant located just south of McCarren Park in Brooklyn's famed Williamsburg. Given its location this place is exceptionally affordable . Cash only ! Read more
One of the most consistent spots in the area. Especially for brunch (holler @ the prix fixe ). Try the omelette . You might have to wait a little bit for a table during prime time but it'll be worth it.
Find the refreshing Caipirinha at Beco, where you can order by the pitcher or taste a flight of five different sipping cachaças for a quick lesson in Brazilian spirits . Read more
The pao de queijo is legit and takes 15 mins to cook. The balls are bigger than normal so don't fill up on that. The steak sandwich is pretty damn tasty. Amazing live music .
Everything was amazing. Got a bloody Maria and a delicious omelette with sun dried tomatoes , baby asparagus and spinach . Would eat there every day if I could!
Pao de queijo (Brazilian Cheesy Bread ), Steak sandwich , eggplant dip , and outside seating in the summer. Such a great spot to enjoy dinner and the (hopefully) lovely weather.
Came here for brunch and left wanting to visit Brazil. Had the traditional feijoada (homemade taste) and the caipirinha (well made). Live music on weekends. Cosy and down to earth vibe!
Date Night Is... an order of pao de queijo (Brazilian Cheesy Bread ) and a Caipirinha at one of Beco's outdoor tables . The wait staff is awesome & will put up with your American pronunciations.
A lot of typical Brazilian food - pao de queijo , feijoada and brigadeiro. And also drinks like caipirinha , passion fruit juice and Guarana!! Loved it :) helps at home sick moments ;)
This place is beyond delicious for brunch . I can't wait to come back for dinner !
For dinner , grab a sandwich and another dish and share. On Sundays, they have a rotating collection of live music , which is awesome.
I have been going for two years; like the chill and friendly vibe . The food has always been v. Good. Have taken a number of friends; three in particular are now fans having returned on their own
Real Brazilian food for a reasonably affordable price ! Highly recommended. The Feijoada is pretty good.
Neighborhood gem with classic Brazilian fare and outdoor seating in nice weather. Tasty brunch cocktails and coffee as well .
Although I live in Harlem this is my neighborhood bar . Great people, food and drinks. Make sure you have the feijoada . And have Henrique make you a "to die for" caipirinha !
Amazing "prixe-fixe" includes food, coffee , and delicious, refreshing cocktail . Beautiful Brazilian staff . Neighborhood fave. Don't tell anyone.
The taste of Brazilian food takes me on vacation and the Czech bartender is a plus!! Great place to be anytime if you want to meet awesome people and very carrying stuff!!
One of the best brunches ever. Coffee was also incredible. I plan on going back often!
The regular neighbourhood spot. Good eggs florentine for brunch , and the hot Yerba mate is served silky smooth.
The moqueca has a rich, spicy flavor that pairs nicely with a bottle of Xingu
I’m a fan though may not be everyone’s cup of tea . Just get the steak and eggs and enjoy the vibe. Feijoda is more particular, açaí too sweet
Great prix fixe brunch deal : you get an espresso drink , a cocktail (get the passionfruit caipiroska) and an entree for less than $20.
The lime caiprinhas here are inexpensive and delicious. Brunch : get the herb omelet with smoked ham , queijo Prato and sun-dried tomatoes . Yum!
Cheap brazilian street food that is really tasty, and killer cocktails . They've also got live music on certain days, definitely worth it.
I've been coming to Beco for years and it never disappoints. Staff are awesome and the food continues to be amazing.
Best bang for your buck as far as brunches go - big portions , good food, an espresso drink and an alcoholic beverage ! Doesn't get better
Fantastic authentic Brazilian food . Perfect for a night out with friends. Try a coco whiskey .
You can hang there during brunch that includes acai and granola , omelettes , bife a cavalo, and a feijoada that’s prepared over the course of two days by a Carioca chef . Read more
Great cheap Bloody Mary garnished with a sprig of raw asparagus . Life changing. Super loud music indoors though.
Love the feijoada and acai , one of my favorite spots for brunch !
Possibly the best eggs Benedict in town . Affordable coffee to go saves you from the pricey cafes nearby!
Moqueca is great for shrimp lovers! Pao de queijo is a great snack !
The Moqueca is amazing. With the greens and yucca flour "farofa" is de Li cious! Did late dinner , cozy , comfy , real, full, happy
I love the moqueca so much, but everything here is great. ????
Very nice brunch and expresso ! We didn't try thé cocktails but they seems very tasty ! Recommandé !
Amazing pre fixe brunch which includes entree, alcoholic beverage and unlimited hot or iced coffee for $19.95.
Great for brunch , esp when it's nice out. Get the Pao de quiejo (cheesy bread ).
Brunch special is $16 and includes entree, coffee , and a cocktail ! Also cute sidewalk seating .
Wonderful Brazilian food & drink. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is warm & friendly . Beco is a no-brainer for any local :)
Besides their feijoada , the whiskey and coconut water is great!
Great Al fresco dining. Start with caipharina and order a sandwich to be pleased by their cute miniature fries .
Can't go wrong with a sidewalk brunch here on a sunny day. Great food and drinks!
Points for food, drinks, service and music . Awesome place to spend an evening.
Simple menu, but tasty food. Go for the moqueca . Also nice ambiance and staff .
Can't go wrong with the feijoada at brunch . Bloody Mary is just ok; try the passion fruit caipiroska!
Bife a cavalo = best brunch ever. Don't overlook the salada da roca for lunch - perfectly tangy citrus dressing .
Feiojada is fantastic and the misto quente sandwich is a great deal for $8. Love Love relaxing at this place.
I used to go to the owners place, tipico, all the time before it closed. I was very happy to find out that he owns this great cafe . Try the traditional yerba mate . Very good
The food here is amazing. The shrimp stew entrée, the veggie sandwich , the filet sandwich and the arugula salad - fantastic!
Amazing authentic everything i.e. drinks, food, experience. Top ten for sure - Bervely Victorin
I'm almost afraid to leave a tip here. This place is amazing. Cozy wine bar with delicious rotating selection of meats and cheeses. Great for a solo snack or catching up w. a friend. Great times too - Kendra Borowski
