Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel

Try your room key on floor #10 for the club room . Mine worked and I'm not a star member. It's got free things like breakfast and stuff plus a big tv . If you can get in, you can get in all night long.

Parking not included. Only valet parking on site ($22 day), or you can walk a 1/2 mile to "their parking garage " and pay $12 a day, $4 discount if you get your pass validated. Wifi $12.95 in room

Nice views on the backside of the hotel of a shipyard. Don't be surprised if you're awoken by horns blasting from the boats.

Parking is $26 valet and $13 to walk quite a distance. For same distance and less money, use public parking across the main road .

In room Wifi is only free if you are a member. Also, watch out for things that appear free (like bottled water in your room). Read the fine print .

We had a hostess by the names of Desmond and rosa they are beautiful PPL if ever there PLZ ask for them

River view rooms also come with thumping bass music from nightclub until 2 am.

Use Airline code SNWAIR for free internet access. Chances are it changes from time to time.

I will never understand why or how high end hotels fail to offer free in room wifi and lower end hotels like Hampton Inns offer free wifi and free breakfast .

Don't pay for the Internet, not only is it $10 bucks a day but its worthless. Doesn't work at all. Business center in the lobby is free but also has non-functioning Internet.

Decent space but I wouldn't stay here again. Staff is friendly but nobody is holding them accountable for things like cleaning the room.....

Looks like the hotel has heard the complaints so there is free wifi now but you pay for everything else.

Don't waste your money here we asked for extra coffee last night and never got it then called for it at 630 am and they couldn't find our order then u have to pay for wifi,parking and breakfast

No free parking and the parking lot is a block away

The hostess in the restaurant doesn't like black people. Guess she's unhappy with her own life!!!

They could not have made out harder to find it & park . Very slow check-in but people are nice.

Stayed in many hotels but this by far the one with the worst service. Overbooking, wrong bills, charges for drinks in the exec. Lounge etc. Just plain bad. I can't recommend it to anyone!!

Don't stay here unless you're into being ripped off. $22 for valet parking , or $12 to park in another building a block away? $10 for Internet daily? Absolute ripoff.
