Medicinal shots. Easy to start the day with wheat grass (left, with mint ) — excellent source of chlorophyll & antioxidants , or golden jamu (tumeric, tamarind & coconut nectar ) — reducing inflammation

“Real Toast ” is laborious to make. The “toast ” is almond , flaxseed & sunflower seed , blended with the pulp of peppers , cucumber , carrot & apple . Flattened paste is turned in a dehydrator for 16 hours!

Enjoyed their house croissants : butter & chocolate , but not so much of the almond ones ???? Chef mentioned they blended the flour to make the recipe healthier yet remaining light
