Amara Sanctuary Resort

The colonial buildings with modern interior surrounded by lush greenery is a lovely concept. However the place can be maintained better and we waited very long for our rooms to be ready.

Remember to take a drip or swim in their swimming pool upstairs; it has quite a nice sea view ! You'll love the feeling!

Very nice view and comfortable for a short getaway BUT service is really bad.

Don't ever request for villa unless you are never a palatable dish for mosquitoes! Imagine you are showering and mosquitoes are all over!

Villa suite is kind of small but a private pool is really cool. 1.5m, not really suitable for kids.

Unfortunately the free Wi-Fi is available at the lobby, There NO free Wi-Fi at our bedroom. Very disappointed.

Expensive hotel but very bad service. Had to change rooms and new one wasn't clean . Kettle had tea and tea leaves in it when we wanted to use it, disgusting. Mold spots in the bathroom . Unbelievable.

Nice and pleasant looking place.

Check in at 3pm sharp, dont ask for late check out. Think of the others if you wan people to think about you. :)

Worst hotel management I ever encountered that ruined my staycation. No water, then no hot water, then electricity cut off, no kettle , no hair dryer, faulty coffee machine , faulty fridge , etc! Booo...

Premium price, budget service. Very poorly trained staff in general with some exceptions. I'd rather be at Rasa Sentosa nearby.

Very expensive stay. Got huge but uncomfortable room. No night bar . No WiFi in the room. I did not like the stay.

Too many cockroaches, rather stay in Siloso Beach Resorts !
