Trying hard, but SPG standards are higher, e.g. when I left shirt ironed on a hanger in the suitcase in the room at checkout and then asked in 2 hours - this is how I got it... need to work tomorrow..

Cassia/Chinese restaurant is great. Atmosphere, food and definitely (Chinese) dessert . The dessert is like the cherry on a cake . But the service could be relatively cold.
