Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel

This is the best hotel to stay at visiting Hershey . It's 15 minutes from the Park . The hotel is amazing. The hotel is clean , kid friendly and was an awesome experience.

Try the Smoked Gouda and Shrimp Mac & Cheese . The menu states it's a starter, but it works just fine as an entrée. Only downside: too much bacon . If you LOVE, LOVE bacon , then this is an option.

The staff is willing to work with tou to meet your accommodation requirements. In my case fabric softener free sheets and towels.

I love the sheets and the beds...great night sleep every time. TV are fantastic also. Good very good, not to pricey . Lots of shopping for the long over nights

Good hotel but can be unreasonably expensive sometimes. Sign up to Starwood Preferred Guest program. Choose not to have your room cleaned 1 day to get $5 usd you can use in the restaurant . Good deal .

Place to stay if your a consultant. However eat out as you'll find better options outside (thai, mexican, etc).

This hotel is in need of renovations, but the lounge has great food options.

Pool was full of screaming, splashing kids late at night. We turned around and went back to our room.

They have a great indoor/outdoor heated pool .

Don't eat the soap. Contrary to popular belief, it's not made out of Hershey 's chocolate . I should know, I tried.

One of the best Hotels surrounding the area and our restaurant ...

Took house cleaning all fatty to get to our room. Only after we valued front desk did they come and that was about 7pm

The pool closes at 10

The manager of this hotel , Dan, was EXTREMELY rude & belittling. All we wanted to know was why we got charged for 5 nights when we only stayed for 4 and he just about lost it. We called & reported it.

Hotel staff , not so great, asked front desk to deliver a ck-in msg to 2 associates arriving late, and they never did. Hair (NOT mine) in shower along with unknown substance, along with mold in room

As for the sofa bed....try a bed of needles :(

If you get a room next to a elevator , request to be moved. They are loud .

Tired looking hotel

Wifi horrible, and each room I continue to stay in gets worse and worse. If this is how they treat their VIPs and rewards members, I think it's time to find a new venue for our company

Wifi needs work!!! Slow/no connection.

The sleeper sofas are not comfortable in the least.

WiFi connection speeds could be better. Cannot smoothly stream video all night long.

Slowest elevator in the state

The carpet in 548 is so filthy and disgusting that we will not walk in our bare feet.

This place is dirty !

Wi-fi speed is abysmal.
