Love the atrium decor. Greeted with coffee.tea or water and always available. Checked in really late last night great staff and we all got a Hershey bar at check in. Kids eat breakfast free at OReilys
First of two weeks we had a pool view room. Made it nice to not have bright sunshine beating into the room in the AM. Rooms are nice and clean and modern. Stay here. You won't regret it.
Nice hotel , front desk are stuffy if you don't fit the "normal rich" look, most of the bar staff are great, Diane's a great laugh, service can be slow but the food is good with huge portions !
The hotel staff at the desk were absolutely great. We had a minor issue & they went above and beyond. We really appreciated it!
In their website they say that ice cream are free and you can get a breakfast when make a reservation . It is a lie.
Very nice hotel , rooms are very clean , quick/ easy check in/ out. close to Hersheypark!
