This is a great spot for anyone who enjoys board games . The staff is knowledgeable about their options - which range from games for duos and big groups. Good and reasonably priced snacks .
Awesome place for board games lovers. For $5 you can play any game of their collection and the staff even teach you the rules. Coffee , delicious brownies and snowy street view are pleasant benefits.
Sometimes the wait time can be as long as 45 minutes but it's worth the wait. It's such a unique coffee shop . I can't wait to bring my siblings here soon!
Great first date venue! Especially if you get served by Brittany who will point out that it's clearly a first date and then leave a wedding invite request on your bill at the end of the night. LOL! :p
The selection of board games is amazing. And their drinks are pretty good! Their food is meh but I like having the option to eat while getting into gaming mode:)
No reservations . Show up in person and you'll be put on a queue and they will text you when your table is ready. Really nice atmosphere. Smiles all around!
Crowded and a little pricier than 401 Games or Meeplemart, but of course you can try before you buy for just $5, AND they serve booze! You can get good advice from staff if you're seeking suggestions.
You can play board game for how many hours you want and pay only $5! You can also order food and drinks. Yummm
This is a pretty awesome place!! Definitely coming back, no wait time at all if it's only 2 people. Get the nutella latte !
Sit down, pick a few games and spend the day there. There is a charge to play games, you only need to pay once though. The safe is very friendly , and helpful in explaining games.
One of the better places to spend a lazy evening in Toronto. Enjoy unlimited board game play for $5. The dessert selection is awesome, and includes vegan/gluten-free items.
trendy and fun. over 300 board games sectioned off into categories like Party, Family, Strategy and Classics enjoy a table for %$ and play the day away sipping lattes , beer , or their AMAZING smoothies
Awesome times was my first time there had the Nutella Latte played some fun games with dirty minds & jenga
Nice, clean air conditioned cafe with great service. They also have a crap ton of board games for you to try.
Very friendly and helpful staff , any game you can think of ????
Make it a coffee date to remember! This trendy café hosts the city ’s finest espressos and over 1,000 board games to choose from…including snakes and ladders of course.
S&L offers decent coffee and decent snacks . Even better, it has a liquor license and thousands of board games (if you have a game that they don’t, odds are good that you made it yourself). Read more
Great food, drinks and variety of games to keep you occupied for hours. We loved Cash and Guns
Amazing place. Love the chai milkshake . The Resistance and Kill Doctor Lucky are great games. Only $5 for all you can play. Exceptionally helpful staff .
First time here. Must said it's such a cool place. I like the idea of this place. There are lots of selection for board game . Must come with friends!
Amazing place! Great staff , lots of games & the biggest Jenga tower ever!
Being some friends and check out Avalon, had a blast playing it. Good value and great staff , plan to be out late.
Don't listen to the haters. This place is crazy busy for good reason! Monday - Thursday are obviously the slower days if you're going with a large group, but the place is awesome!
Great place, nice open area . The one thing I'm not too keen about is their washroom. It could use some serious updating.
Wait times in the evening are around 1-2 hours, but you can leave your phone number and they’ll message you when a table becomes available. It’s busy, but tolerable. Food is straight up bad ????
Almost every version of trivial pursuit you could ever want. Disney to genius to star wars! Staff are great too. Super helpful.
Perfect for all your tabletop needs. You can order a game online and pick it up in person!
A cheap and hilariously amazing place to spend a night with friends (you can drink here too!). I suggest DreamPhone!!! :D
Fun place, obscure board games . They have a happy hour special on select beers
Love Settlers of Catan and have a party of 2 to 4? Play Machi Koro I trust you'll love it.
Play Quelf if you want to embarrass yourself and have everyone in Snakes and Latte stare at you. Fun times, but extremely ridiculous. Lemming Mafia is also very fun.
Dead of Winter! Especially if you are a fan of the zombie genre or Battlestar Galactica games.
Call and leave your name and number of guests! After dinner , we called to find out tthe wait. Quoted 1-4 hours... So we decided to get frozen yogurt at Menchies until they called about an hour later!
Call and get reservations !! (only half of the establishment is licensed for alcohol -at the moment). Otherwise, will definitely do this place AGAIN!
They have Pandemic. Awesome.Their hot chocolate is really cute and good too. I went early on a Sunday morning to get a good seat.
Check Groupon! for $5 for $10 deals - but be forewarned - sometimes they take a few days before you can use the coupon so buy ahead of time.
Such an amazing place! You can lose track of time here.
It's super busy here. Try to head there early to avoid the rush. :) Try the hot chocolate too, it's definitely a new spin.
Awesome place. 100+ board games . For quick reactionary type games, go for Pack & Stack and Jungle Speed. Both great games.
Service is pretty slow but the nutella latte and the californian club are amazing ????
It's best to book reservations 2 weeks ahead of time for the weekends online. :) Just shoot them an email.
Call in advance to make reservations !! It can get busy and you might need to wait a long time!
Always call ahead and try their nutella latte and help yourself to a cookie !
I recommend Smarty Party for the brainy types, and the chai milkshake for all!
Awesome place for double dates or just a small group of friends :)
nice place! but go to the washroom somewhere else first! no tp.. no paper towels and the air dryer doesn't work! lol ;)
Try their nutella latte (cold). It's the best!
The chai latte milkshake is a great way to beat the heat if their a/c is busted.
This is the perfect place for quality time and wholesome fun. It's got a "feel good" vibe. Try the hot chocolate . It's served in a nifty fashion.
Try the Nutella Latte , it's so good! You'll love it if you like nutella !!!!
Excellent espresso cappuccino. Get to pick your beans between two options too. - Ethan Moore
The scent is heavenly. Great selection of beans & knowledgeable staff. - Stefan
Chocolate chip cookies are great. Crisp crust, rich soft gooey and very chocolatey interior. The best of both worlds, combining hard and soft cookie schools! - Gabriel Seah
Japanese tapas style dishes, great and fun spot. Make sure you order sake bombs :) - Khanh Ly
The chicken Brie sandwich is delicious and reasonably priced. The dipping sauce for the fries is also very good. - Devon B
