cititel midvalley choose 2 save energy in mainlobby than customer satisfaction n privileges.Is that right approach 4 hotel branding n service industry esp during VisitMalaysia year?Malaysia boleh ke?

Odd as it may seem,body need energy 2 settle itself down 2 sleep.Any person in my deep level of exhaustion may x hv enuf energy 2 settle their mood..n e result is I stay wired,unable to truly rest.

On my second last day, housekeeping left me a note wishing me a safe trip back and hoping that I'll come back. This is the first time I've experienced this and tells you a lot about their hospitality !

Stayed in Sept 2018, seems like the room was refurbished.. clean and smells nice.. every year is our get-away place to be

Very convenient to stay here since it's very near to Mid Valley Megamall & The Garden Mall . Price is very reasonable knowing that you have all the access to food, shopping, etc via the malls nearby.

Chill and cozy . Their coffee house is definitely a place that we can go and have some coffee after a long day

My first choice to stay in KL. Shop till mid valley closes at 10pm. Must try dragon-i too.

Always full on weekend so book early. Sometimes the rooms are smelly due to bad ventilation. But yeah still domtimd staying here coz of its fantastic location.

I live to stay here, i can watch movies at midnight without worry how to go back to hotel ! Try this! Watch movies 'till drop

I don't like that there's an armless chair & a lazy-chair-cum-rocker in a pretty spacious room . They should have park a nice big-ass sofa , if you ask me!

U better get the hotel rate from agoda for best price... otherwise u hv to spend rm330 for standard room and the room was too small... empire hotel subang jaya much more cheaper and luxury ..

super tiny room. hard to get a space to even open the suitcases. n especially for solat, u gota remove the furniture to make sum space. lousy bed n pillows . bring towels

Never checked into room 801. It is next to the store room. And it is very noisy with cleaners going in n out.

Extremely convinient due to its accessibility to malls and the public transits. However, water cleanliness is an issue and the doors' (not one but many) slot don't work most of the time.

Small room .. maybe suitable for those who have shopping is priority in their mind.. for RM300.. I think there are better hotels elsewhere in KL..

Bring a room spray or you will feel dizzy with the smell. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as well . It's a MOTEL not a HOTEL for me. Worst in KL.
