Berjaya Times Square Hotel

Always ask for a room at the West Tower (B). If you stay in East Tower (A), you hav to take the WT lift to 15F, take a long walkway to ET. Not convenient and the breakfast venue is also at WT

My room was great.. exept the spring bed! They should put some latex top on it. Nice food in room service too. Although.. lobby is ALWAYS crowded !

Has a fine dining restaurant which has a beautiful view of the city and tasty western classic cuisine. The restaurant name is Samplings On The Fourteenth... Check it out!!! You will enjoy it.....

In the heart of the city , close to restaurants and the buzz of nightlife, located in one of the biggest shopping complexes. The rooms are Ok, and the service good

- awesome location to stay if you are traveling to KL. Book 60 days ahead and get a 40% off. However be aware that the building is becoming old and there are issues mainly with AC and Hot Water.

Had stayed in East Tower , and just realized that this hotel was so huge! Took a long walkway to da breakfast venue at West Tower ! ????????????????

The best places to unwind and play here are the fitness centre, sauna rooms , and the squash courts . Kids will also love the playground .

If u have any meetings, or functions at BTS Hotel , always plan ur time and prepare for traffic jam and parking issues. its Bukit Bintang's never ending stories.

Furnitures are a little 'old fashion' but the view is good. What's best is you can shop n dine at the mall as everything is accessible in under one roof.

The view of the pool at night, from the rooms are really nice! You can also see the busy streets of KL by daylight

'of all the malls located in kuala lumpor..i'd believe this malls should listed as a failed ones..i dunno why the heck i went here..oh!..to catch a movie '?!..

Scene is fabulous. Old entertainment system, spacious toilet for a suite. No kitchenette utensils for cooking.

This hotel was serviced apartments so each room has own water heater & own aircon. PUT WATER HEATER ON before you shower ! BRRRR! :p

Room is big but funny layout. Poh piah ordered from room service is good! Nasi lemak so-so. To me, the hotel is kinda old and needs to refurbish to keep up with times.

Rasa Utara just outside is a good place for breakfast , if you aren't in the mood for overpriced buffet

Huge rooms, seriously poor service. I’m in a room which is completely uninhabitable 9-6.00 due to drilling and knocking next door. No desire from management to put this right.
