Great for a long walk or run. Ok for bikes if you don't ride fast. Path is narrow & winding, with lots of trees and shade. Leave your sunglasses at home.
Love to run along it. Quite well maintained.

Goes all the way to Lake Crabtree and also can be followed into Umstead!
