Good location next to the harbour . Rooms and overall hotel design are dated and would need a refresh. All the hotel staff were very nice and helpful, great service.

The National/Alamo car rental is only open on cruise ship level when there is a ship disembarking, however cars can be returned at any time, park in a marked spot and drop the keys in the dropbox.

Amazing dining options abound in this hotel including the Five Sails Restaurant which offers continental/European cuisine with matching spectacular seafront views to boot.

The BEST hotel for anyone taking a cruise out of Vancouver! Hotel staff will handle all of your luggage , and that alone is worth the price!
