Beautiful Hotel , Restaurant , ...a must visit.. the Fairmont Airport has great views of the runway you can watch the planes take off...enjoy your stay at both locations..

Great location in front of ship terminal and walking distance of Gas District. Staff was helpful in getting luggage from hotel to ship.

They have a renovation program in progress that includes new furniture , reworked bathrooms , etc. it seems to be including some ideas from their sister Pacific Rim property nearby.

If you don't fancy Herrons for breakfast there's a nice family run place called Scoozis that's two blocks down on Howe that does great breakfasts .

I love the view from my room! The staff are very helpful. Bike rentals for 3 hours at a time is complimentary ! Only complaint is too much noise from the hallway... Service staff and other guests...

They can transfer your luggage from room to cruise ship which is a major help. Check with the hotel if they support your cruise line .

Book early for pre-post cruise stays as the hotel gets very busy.

Try to get a Corner View Room,, wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor windows bevelled along a curved wall. Fantastic rooms with amazing views

Great location across from Convention Centre

Take the train from the airport to at waterfront station and you have arrived.

The service, views and the Gold floor.

Herons prices are outrageous $7 for a latte , $4.5 for tea . Pork brisket sandwiches was too salty. Hot smoke salmon salad was nice.

Bar menu till 1130 for dessert and food even on Sundays

They also have a juice bar !! Try it!!
