Won't get a better view of Berlin. Can be difficult to get a seat at the bar though.
Quite cheesy, but that's to be expected in a touristy place. Grab a beer and do a few laps of the 360 view and take in the history of Berlin.
It is a nice place to see the whole city . To go to the restaurant buy a ticket for the restaurant . There is no available tables usually, you won't be able to go there with a standard ticket.
