When anyone comes to visit you in NY, take then back to the 50s by coming here for jazz and a martini . Amazing.

When I think of a small NYC jazz club , this is what I think about.
It's very small. In the basement next to La Lanterna. They share a menu and have good food and a decent wine list . Good musicians . Inexpensive cover. Get there early for a good seat.
