Laid back and helpful. Make sure you make an appt if you have a device that requires service!

Honesty is always the best policy. Be up front about any physical or liquid damage and take personal ownership over issues relating to your device. It goes along way here.

It took the staff 10 minutes to process a $25 iTunes store credit. In the end, they forgot to give me the receipt. No wonder someone crashed their car in here! :)

Ryan at the Genius Bar was extremely helpful!

The "Genius" Bar won't speak to you about an issue without the equipment present. Kinda lame.

Dont wear a long sleeve royal blue shirt unless you want to be asked for help.

Getting two new batteries for my iPhones.

Last 2 "Geniuses" I had appointments with we're either rude or inept. Came in with Time Machine issue and he didn't have a solution. I fixed my problem, but no thanks to this location.
