Guess your experience here depends on the time of day and your level of entitled douchiness. Went in a couple days ago and had 3 different associates ask if I needed anything. Super polite
Took forever to get someone to help & she was more busy flipping her hair then to help me; then i knew more then the next associate. GO ELSEWHERE!

go to a different best buy, these employees are slow or way too pushy on the floor. Best buy is overall a good store, but this one sucks

Geek squad here was frustrating. Waited 10 min in line only to have one computer freeze up so had to reboot so they took me to another register which also froze up & had to reboot.waste of time
Do urself a favor and find another best buy I was just inside and felt very unwelcome

The employees here seem really unprofessional and lazy. I would NEVER come back here unless I had no choice. Avoid at all costs!
