Decor is a win, very fancy , great for special family dinners . My cousin have a 100days birthday for her child. The staff are polite, friendly and accommodating for our large family and children.

Very authentic & great quality dimsum ! Loved all of the dumplings we got, an egg yolk bun dessert & even the chicken feet ! Highly recommend

Dim Sum on the weekend is packed. Get there as early as 10:30 or so, any later and you'll be waiting in line .

Crown Prince: manager apologized, however while I had this conversation with him, this young lady staff maintained being uncivil and kept shouting aggressively, so is the elder cashier in Cantonese.

Crown Prince: I was holding my wallet and putting the receipt back, I was looking inside for coin to tip, a young lady showed up and YELLED:"You have not tip yet! That receipt does not include tip!"

Came here for dim sum . Food is actually very good and high quality.

Crown Prince: I was shocked by her manner and answered as she'd be more patient as I was digging in my wallet for more tip, but as she yelled me, I told her that I don't believe she deserved the tip.

Fancy , super expensive dim sum that is surprisingly worth it.

Nicely decorated restaurant but it might amount to just window dressing . Cracks on the ceiling shows a lack of attention to details. Service is average; why doesn't any of the staff smile?

Save room for the Sesame Ball with Salted Egg Yolk .

Crown Prince: ILL-MANNERED staff . They charged me for something I didn't order and I asked for a new receipt politely, the cashier was very hostile and kept shouting aggressively in Cantonese.

The papaya milk tart is the best!

Nice decor . Not flexible with orders. Food ok. Shrimp sesame roll was very good.

Crown Prince: This lady YELLED back :"THEN DON'T COME BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT ANYMORE!". I had to speak to manager to express my frustration about the shocking demeanor and lousy attitude of his staff

Crown Prince: Unacceptable and lousy manner from a relatively expensive restaurant . They don't care to lose 1 or more customers since they are busy.

avoid weekend lunch time. Waiting time is way too long...
