Go for the omakase and leave yourself in the reliable hands of Chef Jun. Not inexpensive , but worth every bite (or penny). Very fresh, delicately handled and expertly cut seafood .
Still one of the best, if not the best, Japanese in Montreal. Omakase is the best choice, do specify your likes...
Can't go wrong or fault the chef 's omakase . Just specify your likes...
Great sushi and sashimi best I’ve had in Montreal! Will be back for more
Even the omakase takeout is tops! Can't be beat...
Easily some of the best sushis and sashimis in Montreal.
The food is very good, thought too expensive for the quantity. Plus, the canteen-like noise level from the attendance really alter the pleasure of an upscale place , not the first not the last in Mtl..
Fantastic service, romantic . Delicious sushi with both modern and traditional options.
best japanese in the city , progressive japanese with their own private sake list. Get the sashimi appetizer . and sit at the bar and watch the head chef.owner Jun work his magic
Definitely try the sashimi platter as a great intro then move on to maki & sushi .
The best Japanese in Montreal so far
Good food, expensive and very loud
They've got some great sushi and miso soup . Try the chef 's "Omakase " (the chef picks the best catches of the day) and he'll whip you up a good assortment of sushi
Service was really good , not impressed with the sushi except for Funny Maki it was really good .
Loved the see bass tartare and Funny maki
Ask for needle fish - it's flavor is very mild, with a soft texture.
Try the Mediterrenean Grouper Sashimi
This is a very nice place!
very nice. taste good!
Japanese fine dining ... Gotta try
Try the funny maki and the one with rice krispies
Definitely having to fried tofo again. Try the salmon and nigiri skewers. Ask the barman for great cocktail pairings - Andre Swanepoel
Kani meshi (snow crab, sea urchin, sweet shrimps and roe on rice; salad, miso soup and Japanese pickles). Fresh simple honest Japanese prepared with care, all with warm friendly Morgan service - S P
The tuna & salmon bowl is amazing, like nothing like I've ever had before. The green tea ice cream was to die for! This place exceeded my expectations! - Jennifer Benevenga
I liked this branch, cozy and less busy than down town. - Samar Hamdan
Definitely the best boeuf tartare I've had in Montreal, and the closest to the many, many ones I've had in Paris. - Adnan
