Powerfully rich and thick broth for our Kuro Musashi Ramen (RM26) with pork slices and half of an egg . Great samurai art on walls and bowls, though seating space is limited. Highly recommended.
Super big portion 👍 mixed flavour of akka & kuro! Big slices of porky! Soft eggy! Awesome staffs who kept the restaurant alive by shouting their lungs out..!
Mixed flavor musashi ramen is damn good, the pork belly , the thick soup and also the egg (hard outside but soft inside) is stg u would die for. YUMMY!!
Ramen not too salty. There's dinner set menu which include two bowls of ramen , two green tea , one side dish and one salad at RM60. 1st April 2015 onwards, no refill for green tea and oolong tea .
Serves one of the more consistently good ramen around - noodles are cooked just right, served in a rich stock with an uncommon depth of flavors. A thoroughly satisfying meal each and every visit.
Probably one of the best ramen in KL. But the place is a little bit warm, and it gets even warmer when you're wolfing down a bowl of hot ramen !
One of the best ramen in town . Flavorful broth and springy noodles with succulent tender pork and great Ajitama. An overload of umami! Must try for ramen lovers.
Best ramen I've tasted so far! Only ordered Shiro all these while. Try adding in vinegar and chili oil for your own taste bud satisfaction and you'll be surprised about it 😉
Delicious ramen ! One set is enough for 2 people's sharing! Comes with gyoza , ramen & mentai with rice (or other choice of rice ). Side dish like bean sprout with char siew for only RM5! Yums!
Ramen is just tasted sooo good. Lost in words to describe it. Do remember to add in the fried garlic into the soup , it makes a different..
The bowl of Roasted Pork Ramen Soup is so heavenly! The broth is so thick and flavorful and of course the roasted pork ! Soooo good!
Ramen with pork belly and egg must try! I like the onion soup based. At least taste good for non-spicy lover.
i have been here for few times..so far, this is the best ramen shop that i have came across....would definitely visit again and again
Set lunch : RM22++ for a bowl of ramen (without ajitama), 3 pieces of gyoza and a cup of green tea . Pretty good deal . Kuro flavor ramen all the way!
Good Service , nice ramen , awesome pork . I came with my gf and only ordered 1 set. They then gave us an empty bowl with a spoon and a cup of warm water.
Aka+ ki ramen was 👍👍👍 altho it looks a little oily. Potato salad was good! Gyoza wasn't. 👎 avoid sitting near the kitchen. U might get splashed w water used to boil the ramen !
For petite eaters like me, a bowl of ginger pork rice or mentaiko rice is more than enough! Yummers as well ! 😋
Kuro soup-based musashi ramen is my fav. Thick and succulent pork belly/chashu is the highlight of their ramen .
Egg not so soft anymore and the chashu has gone from tender to tough. But I still come back for the Kuro soup ! New miso pork flavour available too but kuro flavour still trumps all :)
After trying a few ramen shops, i’d still come back to Menya Musashi. I prefer their broth and selection here.
Soup base for Tsukemen is really salty but the chunks of pork tasted really good while the chasu was hard - overcooked. Musashi Ramen (spicy base) is good. Don't miss the egg ! Gyoza tasted ok.
Taste: 3/5Service: 3/5Price: $$Recommend: ✅ if you want to have something to warm your stomach when you shop in 1U
Ooolala.... Im in love with their ramen soup , regardless of which u order. The noodles is a little too hard to my liking! U will get shocked every now and then by their kungfu shouting! Hah!
Nice ramen broth... kuro and shiro are not bad. Noodles a bit on the hard side. Curry flavour taste like msian curry .
definitely 1 of the good ones in town . hope they maintain the quality & get > support frm local patrons. Excellent blend of taste for soup , noodle is ok. Worth of $$$. Meat can be better.
My all time favorite ramen craving place whenever i am in one utama😘
Ramen broth is a bit oily, but is not salty as other jap ramen 👍 Both kuro and shiro soup is nice, will be back to try their rice set
Since the soupy version made quite a lasting impression, I will be back to try the dry version – Tsukemen – dipping ramen in thick filmy broth. Read more
Being one of the earliest ramen chain to invade the food scene here in Malaysia, Menya certainly didn't keep their standards like it were back then. Still, it is one of the places with better broths.
Good ramen and service. Will not hesitate to come back. There's lunch and dinner sets available.
Weekday Lunch set rm29.90 (without GST). Curry rice is the bomb! Unexpected Oishiiiiii
The best ramen i've tried so far. Thick & flavourful broth.
Delicious broth and succulent meat. One of my favourite ramen places !
Eat before they close down. But according to their staff , they are going to open a restaurant nearby the Korean mart in old wing
Here still have the best Tsukemen despite many places I have tried!
The standard here has dropped drastically. Their ramen is now more sweet than savoury. Their mentai cheese salad is disgusting.. The smell of the cheap cheese will put you off even taking a bite!
Portions are huge! Large juicy fatty char Siew slices in a thick tasty broth :) mushashi ramen is a must try
Musashi Miso Ramen type (Shiro ) - the soup was definitely more pleasant to drink as compared to Aka soup based. -Penang Kia Food Critique-
Overall all noodles aren't bad and I respect the culture and creativity the chefs there. Sometimes it can be very annoying too.
Lovely thick broth , lively atmosphere . This is the place to have ramen !
Best ramen in 1Utama, and some say PJ and KL.
Their broth are to die for, love the kuro-aka combination
The broth is really tasty one of the best ramen I've tried.
The normal ramen soup is better than the miso ramen soup .
After being closed for 2 mths, I came to satisfy my huge craving for it. Am a little disappointed as the broth is not as thick and as rich as it was. Still considered good, jz not as good.
The soup is really thick and tasty but the pork are quite hard to bite.. You can give it a try if u want to eat a real ramen ..
Best ramen in town ! So satisfying, Highly recommended!
OMG!!they have downsized my chasu gohan by half!!!!how can they do this to me????
Ordered Musashi Ramen (Aka). I only enjoy this soup the longer I savour it. Very oily Chashu though it has a natural sweetness and Ajitama wasn't the best. -Penang Kia Food Critique-
Authentic ramen house entrance!
They have Thai flavoured popcorns at the moment. I dig it! - Se7enthAngel
Love the varieties, i.e. wide range of organic fruits, vegetables, and etc in value pack! - Deidre Bo
Seafood spaghetti tasteless ! Sky juice is the best ! - YuMi
Prefer Hokkaido pork don to Tokyo pork. As Tokyo pork is just regular thin slices pork belly you can get at sukiya. Hokkaido pork has this smoky charred flavor that makes it a must try! - Rileen Chua
One of my fav place for dinner. Unlimited refill for greentea, cabbage, and miso soup. I love their pork loin - taufulou Bok
avocado to seafood salad is a must-order. love the flavours of the salad dressing! - Pauling Hee
Try the ATMOS cinema....totally worth the money! Super great SOUND experience! - Dinesh Prime
Pasta at Dave's are 50% of during lunch on weekdays. Love the ham and mushroom carbonara. Sinlicious!! - Misheru T
First time I went there to shop for Chinese new year shoes and clothes. A lot of shoes and clothes with different and special designs! I like it ^.^ Wish to go there again, with my love one. - Ivy Khor
