Great hotel ! Only bad thing was the parking , $17 per day. I had 2 vehicles and a boat :-/

If you're ever doing a GLBT event in Long Beach, these folks are fantastic to work with. Plus, their meeting room space and the amenities that go with that are 2nd to none!

1 h checking wait, room not as ordered, room was filthy and unclean linen, calling front desk takes you at least 5 tries until phone goes dead, no room clean during stay …shocking for what they charge

Bunch of hidden fees Internet is awfully slow they do not offer wired alternative.Ended up paying around 25% extra due to having a car and wanting Internet it seems it will be 50% due my many devices

Patio on second floor is a great spot to get away for a few minutes. Just follow signs towards Catalina Room

Higher floors are extremely noisy . I this its the air con motors on the roof top , constant loud buzzing. Also wifi is very bad, constantly drops out.

Just a little walk to kings Fish Restaurant . What a great old place.

Walking distance to the Queen Mary. Very nice!

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The parking signage is extremely confusing. I am only getting scalding hot water out of the shower and sink despite attempts to fix. Stay elsewhere!!

Ascari restaurant : over priced, less than average quality food. Example: 12.00 for a breakfast burrito ? Uh no thank you.
