Bring a blanket and a bottle of wine . Sit in the field behind the red bathroom building. Tie a dog to your foot and take a nap.
Great for people-watching. Kids play football in the middle while people run, rollerblade or push strollers around the track . Then there's the outdoor gym and everyone hanging out on the grass.
This track is in pretty good condition compared to others around the city . Beware of flying soccer balls from the infield, and people walking their dogs on the track . Overall a great place to run.
One of the best outdoor gyms in Brooklyn. Can be used freely almost year round.
Plug in your head phones and just continue on running without the worries of stopping and checking for cars at every block.
Recently resurfaced (last two years) track perfect for laps or watching people play soccer . Nice picnic spot, too.
Really great for training in the warmer weather. The full scale track is one of the best things in the park .
Manuel Dasilva grew up watching his father work on cars and has always been interested and passionate about all things automotive related.
Monday nights are popping! The Hip Hop class on the southwest corner plays break beats and Hip Hop classics that will motivate you to go for it on the track !
I run my best times after 10pm; I've nearly taken out a few children on the track - not sure who's guilty but generally I don't think of a track as a playground
the track and the adult jungle gym are good. only issue is the children that sometimes get in the way of fast runnerz
Weekdays morning are the best time to run, otherwise Monday & Sunday night are next best.... less soccer .
Shake off them shoes , shorts , socks, and suspenders. There's turf in there
Indecent thong man from BK Bridge Park : you may have competition here. Meet topless jort man.
Well-maintained track , not too crowded in the mornings
Rubber track ! Great for an early morning run. Shirtless dudes and girls in yoga pants and children playin soccer
Its a park Jesus stop complaining... .there are kids here cuz they're with they're parents be mad at the adults with they're bikes
The turf here is atrocious and there are no bathrooms . Bushwick Inlet Park is a short walk for better and safer for soccer .
The _inside_ lane is 400m. A mile is 1609m, so start 30ft back and run 4 laps to do one.
Amazing park with soccer field and track to run
good running track , soccer field needs resurfacing
All walks of life at this track ! Running in circles is never boring here.
Enjoy the run but watch out for small children and empty bottles on the track .
The first time, kick their soccer ball back. The second time it hits you, kick it faaaar away. They should mind their balls.
Why is the soccer field so sad? And dangerous. The lights kept turning on and off while we were playing soccer .
Decent place to run, but the kids riding bikes on the track should be euthanized.
Great place to run and see people you know
Soooo busy on Saturdays and Sundays but fun. Dude sells water for $1.
The pool was large enough that it was not crowded:-)
Try the water fountain . It's nice and warm.
Keep an eye on your bag!
The signs clearly say no bikes or strollers on track but people always ignore it. Wach for distracted "runners " on iPhones trying to get a signal.
If I had a dollar for every baby or soccer ball in my way...
If you see me playing soccer , lace up your boots .
More like an obstacle course of bikes , kids, strollers , balls and ice cream carts.
Pretty good turf field , with lights at night.
If you have no precision with kicking soccer balls , keep on running and let someone on the team get it.
Try the water
People, clearness
On bad weather days you can run with fewer boneheads and babies in your way.
People watching hotspot

You run one lap that is a quarter mile, amazing.
I do not understand why parents think its OK to let their kids ride their bike here.
Get your run on and shit!
Very nice change from the one by our apt. But the dogs can get pretty dirty from rolling around in the dirt - Mary Colleen
Great healthy food for good prices! I bought some bread and apples with the change I had left over from a coffee, and had a great breakfast strolling through the stands. - Jordan Taylor
Really nice renovated courts in Williamsburg. Note, the courts are very fast (American hard at its best and worst) so choose your balls and strings accordingly. - Eug K
This is an amazing park. My favorite in Brooklyn. It's great for locals or tourists looking for a rest. It's what my tax dollars pay for and I big reason I live in the neighborhood. - Lauren Dellaquila
Look how clear and glass-free that track is! Wow! Nice job volunteers! - Loisaida Sam Sandberg
Not much shade on hot summer days, so rub on extra sunscreen. - Jeremy Busch
