I went looking for a pair of black and blue jeans yesterday evening with all the jeans there my size was no where to be found, and the floor sale rep she was no help when I asked her to help me.

The short Asian cashier is the best! She is patient and very sweet.

Expect to wait in line , they are always under staffed

Shopping here for last minute gifts is great.. Lines move fast

Amazon returns line moves fast.

Don't buy shoes here. I've gotten 3 pairs over the past 2 years or so. Each pair from Kohl's lasted approx 3 months each.

Even with long lines you get checked in a reasonable time
