The tip is : go somewhere else. The service is bad, they mess up orders, and every time I "went" I saw Nats flying around.. And this was in the winter

Half-assed service at night. No ice in my drink, quite a few items weren't available on the menu... You guys seriously need to retrain your employees and restock your pantry.
The service here is not good. I have been standing at the ordering counter for 5mins with no one in front of me and I haven't even been greeted.
