My favorite pizza in Milan the home town . The taste is different here in Tokyo but still the spirit is there ☺️

ピザ 生地 の底はカリッカリで上はモッチモチでとても美味しいです！行列 嫌いのイタリア人が並んでまで食べるピザ らしいです！
1カット がかなりの大きさで、普通の8カット ピザ 1カット の3倍はあります。パン ピザ で厚さもあるので、1枚で充分満足 できます。
初めて食べたのは何年も前になるが…型に入れて焼くピザ のパリパリ感ともっ ちり感が初めてな感じで凄く美味しかった！トマトソース とたっぷり チーズ だけのシンプルなのも斬新だったなぁ〜また久々に食べたい。
ピザ の種類は2つしかありませんが、ボリューム はありますね。これがミラノ風なのか。
サラミ (900JPY)一片ですがボリューム があるのでお腹にたまります
