An overall good store. It gets pretty busy at times but the staff are way more friendly and helpful than at the Bloor location.

Moved across the hall and is now next to Williams-Sonoma. Sooooo much bigger than it was and a lot nicer. Better organized , as well .
Ysl part needs some serious work. Seriously they need to fix the lighting there. I cant even look at the colors right ????

Horrible customer service! Sales people don't give you the time of day unless you look a certain way. Stood waiting at the beauty bar for help for 30 mins and not one offered to help me.
