Great place to CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND TALK WITH FRIENDS, since that's one of the purposes of the Apple Store. Specially great if you're traveling and don't have a computer or 3G.

Accommodating staffs . I just love going to this store with my kid, he always plays around those gadgets making him more adept to whats new and whats in nowadays!

Went to get my phone fixed:minor cracked screen in left corner. I have AppleCare . accidental case (u get up to 2 ). no hassle and very friendly . Best service! Make appointment first!

I didn’t know that you can do cell updates as well as activations at Apple Stores. The best part is that you can see the plans and options that are normally hidden.

My portable wifi died so it was nice to pop in to Apple and chew on some of their free EASILY accessible wifi .

I've to say that people isn't very helpful in this store but Gabrielle really made the difference!She was the only one who took the time to check why my devices weren't syncing. And she is very nice!

You can shop accessories you liked in the store without bothering a sales rep. Just download the apple shopping app > scan ur item > pay via reg credit car >ur receipt will be emailed and present!

You can book an appointment from the Apple Store iOS app. Handy even if you're close-by, to reduce wait time.

They have wifi ????. They are a little bit slow but the personal is friendly and they solve your questions.

Sure it's always busy. But they are great at customer service. Swapped the battery on my iPhone no problem. Returned to me in 30 minutes

If you need help, book a Genius appointment in advance, as this place is always crazy busy. Don't forget to stand in line to play with the iPad before you leave.

I love this place, and the concept. They fixed my cracked iPhone screen at the Genius Bar (for free!) because it was within one year of my iPhone purchase.

Disappointing! Repeatedly disappointing Apple is getting too big, and relies on customer apple obsession for retention. I have an IP5, which qualifies for a battery replacement, but still waiting!!!
