This is the 4th time I've used my iPhone app to preorder and EVERY time (I was even 3 minutes late today), they hadn't even started making my order until I got here. F-
This Chipotle has the stingiest servings ever. Multiple occasions I have felt like I didn't get my money's worth.
Staff tends to spend a lot of time talking to each other or other mall employees making the wait long. A 15-20 minute (short ) line is not so great for other mall employees on a 15-30 minute break.
It's busy but fast if you order ahead online.
Get a fajita bowl and use chips to eat it instead of a fork
Don't bother ordering online because it won't be ready when you go to get it!
